Daikin has launched a new generation of split air to air heating systems. Easy and quick to install, combining energy-efficiency and reliability.
Vienna, Oct. 5th, 2017 – Optimised Heating 4 is a heating solution conceived especially for the low ambient temperatures. Equipped with future-proof R-32 refrigerant and incorporating a host of enhanced features, the new Eurovent certified range uses the latest technologies to achieve higher energy efficiency and low running costs.. Developed at Daikin’s dedicated European Development Centre, the design was developed in close collaboration with the EDC and Daikin’s dedicated teams in Scandinavia.
“With more than 90 years of experience in climate control, we understand what it takes to create a comfortable environment for your home, business or office. That’s why we are proud to introduce the latest edition to our air to air Split range, the Optimised Heating 4. “said Serkan Ozkan, Daikin’s Residential Product Manager.
Less is more
The compact design of this latest system offers maximum flexibility in configuration inside and out with an improved performance that outclasses the market.
The new best in class high capacity Compressor is built for an extended heating operation, achieving minimal energy consumption without compromising on comfort even in winter, with the air conditioning operating continuously.
Hand-off control
The unit uses Daikin’s Intelligent Eye sensor technology to direct air flow to minimise draughts, ensuring equal floor- to ceiling- temperatures and to switch the system to an energy efficient mode when the room is unoccupied.
Additionally, the system’s indoor unit is equipped with ‘fireplace logic‘ to improve comfort automatically. Even if the room temperature reaches the required set temperature by a secondary heatsource such as a fireplace, the fan rotation will not cease but is able to adjust automatically according to set temperature and ambient temperature.
An optional built in Daikin Online Controller, is designed to be clipped inside the indoor unit in a wi-fi pocket. This space saving facility enables users to schedule, manage and monitor a building’s heating system remotely.
Easy and reliable
The design of the outdoor unit has been enhanced, to remove ice build-up and minimise noise transmission
Weighing just 38Kg, the outdoor unit of the Optimised Heating 4 system is light and compact enough to mount onto a wall. The new range is built to ensure a quick and easy installation process for installers as well as to keep you warm.
