U rujnu ove godine, potpisan je ugovor između tvrtki Daikin Airconditioning Central Europe GmbH i Microclima d.o.o. koji nastavlja tradiciju dobre prakse naše tvrtke na lokalnim razinama.

Daikin Airconditioning Central Europe HandelsgmbH, sa sjedištem u Beču, Austria sa 01. rujnom 2008. godine je preuzeo 100% dionica od McQuay-Szanyó Klimatechnika Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság i SZANYÓ Szerviz Hűtő-és Klímaberendezés Karbantartó és Szolgáltató Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság kojima je sjedište u Budimpešti, Mađarska. Daikin AC Central Europe je u 100%-tnom vlasništvu Daikin Europe N.V, sa sjedištem u Belgiji koji je u 100%-tnom vlasništvu Daikin Int. Ltd. sa sjedištem u Osaki, Japan.
VišeDaikin Europe to acquire German heating manufacturer Rotex. (29/08/2008)
On August 29, 2008, Daikin Europe N.V., a 100% subsidiary of Daikin Industries Ltd. headquartered in Osaka, Japan, announced an agreement with the principal shareholders to acquire 100% of Rotex Group Companies with headquarters in Güglingen, Germany. Rotex is engaged in the production and distribution of heating products and complete heating systems. This acquisition –subject to the approval of the antitrust clearance authorities in Germany – strengthens Daikin’s offerings and market presence in its heating segment. The final transfer of business is expected to take place by 1 October 2008.
